Welcome to Pacific Pro Appliance Repair ("Pacific Pro," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Pacific Pro provides in-home appliance repair, diagnostic and maintenance services for residential customers in Victoria, Saanich, Langford and surrounding communities. We work on most major brands of refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves and cooktops.
A diagnostic fee applies to every service call. This fee covers the technician's travel and the time required to identify the issue. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total cost — we will confirm the policy at booking.
After diagnosis, we will provide a clear quote covering parts and labour for your approval before any repair work begins. We do not perform additional work beyond the quoted scope without your authorisation. If new issues are discovered during the repair, we will pause, explain and provide a revised quote.
Repairs are covered by our 90-day labour and parts warranty. Full warranty terms are available on our Warranty page.
Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Pacific Pro's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage, lost income or alternative accommodation expenses, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the most recent changes. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
