Every repair performed by Pacific Pro Appliance Repair is backed by a 90-day warranty on both labour and parts we install. We stand behind our work, and if something we repaired isn't holding up, we'll come back and make it right.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If the issue we repaired returns within 90 days, please contact us as soon as possible. To process your claim quickly, have the following ready:

We will respond within 48 business hours. If the issue is confirmed to be a failure of our original repair, the return service visit is free of charge.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Our warranty applies to our repair work and the parts we install. Many parts also carry a separate manufacturer's warranty, which may be longer than 90 days. We will let you know if a longer manufacturer's warranty applies to your specific part.

Limitations of Liability

Our warranty is limited to repairing the same issue we addressed or, at our discretion, refunding the labour charged for that specific repair. Pacific Pro is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as spoiled food, water damage from a faulty appliance, lost income or alternative accommodation expenses.
